Responsible for creating, implementing and facilitating Training programs for company products – Technical and End user.
Key Performance areas
Training
- Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training material which consist of Presentations, Manuals,
- Assessments, Moderator Guides and PTO’s (Planned Task Observations) for company Products. Which will be used for End User Training by company Facilitators.
- Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training material which consist of Presentations, Manuals,
- Assessments, Moderator Guides and PTO’s (Planned Task Observations) for company Products. Which will be used for Technical Training of Internal technical staff by company Senior Facilitators.
- Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training material which will be incorporated into the company eLearning platform by eLearning service provider.
- Interact with Product Specialist and Technical Department to review and update training content accordingly.
- Provide Technical Training for company Products to technicians.
- Provide End User Training for company Customers
- Pre-pare training schedules with identified departments and key customers
- Setup and maintenance of company training centres
- Conduct assessment and moderation of training conducted by accredited Product Specialist or Project team
- Onsite visits to conduct PTO’s (Planned Task Observations)
Documentation control
- Conduct assessment and moderation of training conducted by accredited Product Specialist or Project team
- Ensure that all training records are handed to training administrator timeously
Reporting
- Report to Training coordinator any problems or nonconformities found at sites when conducting training sessions
- Report any equipment in the training centres which is not working, missing or required
- Competence
- Ensure that all product training and certification training is current

Minimum Requirements
- N6 Electronics
- National Qualification N6 Electronics
- Accredited Facilitator
- Accredited Assessor
- Accredited Moderator
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the technical field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a training facilitator
- Computer skills (MS Office package);
- Valid driver’s license
